Welcome to NAYKO ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User", or "you") and NAYKO regarding your access to and use of our storefront website at nayko.app, mobile interfaces, and merchandise ordering services.

Binding Agreement: By browsing our catalog, registering an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or possess parental/guardian consent) and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Customer Accounts & Social Authentication

You may browse our catalog as a guest or create an authenticated customer account. For enhanced convenience, NAYKO supports Single Sign-On (SSO) using Google Identity and Meta (Facebook) Login:

Account Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device sessions and login credentials.
Accurate Details: Customers must supply genuine recipient names, active phone numbers, and verifiable delivery addresses at checkout.
Unique Member ID: Each registered profile is assigned an exclusive Member ID (e.g., NK-XXXXXX) to streamline order tracking, support requests, and loyalty discounts.

2. Product Catalog, Heavyweight Fabrics & Sizing

NAYKO specializes in premium lifestyle streetwear and high-tier drops:

Garment Specifications: Our apparel is engineered with custom heavyweight combed cotton (240+ GSM), durable high-density screen graphics, and tailored boxy/oversized cuts. Complete sizing measurements are provided on every product page.
Color Representation: We make every effort to display true garment colors. Minor perceptible shade variations may occur due to diverse display screen color calibrations.
Limited Run Inventory: Exclusive drops are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. In the event an item becomes unavailable before dispatch, we will contact you to arrange an immediate alternative or full refund.

3. Pricing, Currency & Transparent Delivery Charges

All prices on NAYKO are stated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) inclusive of applicable taxes:

Inside Dhaka Delivery: Flat rate of ৳60 BDT (24 to 48 hours delivery).
Outside Dhaka Delivery (Nationwide): Flat rate of ৳130 BDT across all remaining 63 districts of Bangladesh (48 to 72 hours delivery).
Free Shipping Threshold: All orders with a subtotal of ৳2,500 BDT or higher qualify for 100% Free Nationwide Delivery (৳0 shipping fee).

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Order Verification Protocol

To ensure inventory integrity and prevent bogus shipments, Cash on Delivery orders adhere to verified standards:

Verification Contact: Prior to parcel dispatch with our courier partners, orders may receive automated verification via SMS or phone confirmation.
Right of Refusal: NAYKO reserves the right to cancel unverified orders or bookings with incomplete address details.
Doorstep Handover: When the courier arrives, customers pay the exact invoice amount in cash or approved courier mobile payment to receive the parcel.

5. 7-Day Free Size Exchange & Refund Guarantee

We stand behind every item we produce. Under our Return & Refund Policy:

7-Day Eligibility: Customers may request a free size exchange or return within 7 calendar days from parcel delivery.
Condition Requirements: Items must be brand new, unwashed, and unworn with original tags attached in original polybag packaging.
Doorstep Swap: For size exchanges, the courier hands over the new size and picks up the previous item simultaneously at your doorstep.
Fast Refunds: Refunds are disbursed directly to your mobile wallet within 24 to 48 hours following warehouse item check.

6. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

All visual designs, garment graphics, brand emblems, photography, and storefront styling are the exclusive intellectual property of NAYKO. Commercial reproduction, scraping, or unauthorized imitation is strictly prohibited under applicable trademark and copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

NAYKO shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party courier transit delays or force majeure weather conditions. In all situations, NAYKO's total liability is limited to the actual amount paid for the affected purchase.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed under the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
