At NAYKO, we are committed to delivering your premium streetwear and curated lifestyle goods safely, rapidly, and transparently across all 64 districts of Bangladesh and worldwide.
1. Dispatch Timelines by Product Classification
• Ready-to-Ship Local Stock: In-stock heavyweight tees, hoodies, and lifestyle gear are packaged and dispatched same-day or next-day. Average transit time is 24 to 48 hours inside Dhaka and 48 to 72 hours nationwide.
• Global Drops & Curated Direct Imports: Specialized lifestyle gadgets and overseas apparel drops are flown in via tracked air cargo. Expected delivery window is 7 to 14 business days from order confirmation, with regular SMS milestone updates.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Doorstep Verification Protocol
We provide nationwide Cash on Delivery across Bangladesh. When our courier partner arrives at your door:
- You are entitled to verify the exterior parcel packaging and courier label details prior to accepting handover.
- Pay the exact billed amount to the delivery rider in cash or via mobile financial services (bKash or Nagad) where supported.
- If a parcel exhibits visible exterior transit damage, you may reject acceptance on the spot without penalty.
3. Live Order Tracking
Every order confirmed on NAYKO receives an exclusive Order Tracking ID (e.g. ORD-MURXXXXX) and SMS notification. You can inspect live warehouse packing status and courier transit milestones anytime via our dedicated portal at nayko.app/order-tracking.html.
4. Failed Deliveries & Redelivery Protocol
If you are unavailable when the courier rider arrives, our courier partners make up to 3 consecutive delivery attempts. The rider will contact your mobile phone before each attempt. If delivery cannot be completed after 3 attempts, the package returns to our central warehouse.
