1. Delivery Timeframes

• Inside Dhaka City: Delivered within 24 to 48 hours from order confirmation.
• Dhaka Suburbs & Greater Dhaka: Delivered within 48 hours.
• All Other Districts (Nationwide): Delivered within 48 to 72 hours via reputable courier partners (Steadfast, Pathao, RedX).

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

We provide full Cash on Delivery for all standard orders. When your delivery partner arrives:

• You can inspect the outer packaging before accepting the parcel.
• Pay the exact order amount in cash or via mobile banking where supported by the courier.

3. Order Confirmation & Verification

After placing your order online, our customer support team may contact you via phone/SMS to confirm your order details and delivery address before dispatch.

4. Real-time Order Tracking

You can track the progress of your shipment anytime by entering your unique Order ID on our Order Tracking Page.
