Payment How does Cash on Delivery (COD) work?

You can place your order online without advance payment. When our delivery partner delivers your parcel to your address in Bangladesh, you pay the exact order amount in cash.

Shipping How much is delivery and how long does it take?

Delivery is a standard flat rate of ৳130 BDT nationwide. Delivery inside Dhaka takes 24–48 hours; all other districts take 48–72 hours.

Tracking How can I track my order?

Once your order is placed, you receive a unique Order ID. Visit our Order Tracking Page and enter your ID to see live shipment status.

Sizing What if my size does not fit?

We offer a 7-day free size exchange. Contact us with your Order ID, and we will swap your item for the desired size at your doorstep.

Authenticity Are the products genuine?

Yes. Every NAYKO product is either crafted from custom high-GSM heavyweight combed cotton in our atelier or imported directly from certified manufacturers.
