Meta (Facebook Login) Data Deletion Policy
Under Meta Platform Terms and global data privacy standards, users who authenticate into NAYKO via Facebook have the full right to remove the application and request complete deletion of any stored user profile data.
How to Delete Your Data
Step 1: Revoke Access via Facebook
- Log into your Facebook account on web or mobile.
- Navigate to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
- Select Apps and Websites from the left navigation or Account Settings.
- Find NAYKO in the active applications list.
- Click Remove to revoke authorization and unlink your Facebook profile from NAYKO.
Step 2: Permanent Database Data Erasure Request
If you also wish for NAYKO to permanently wipe all stored customer records, email addresses, order history, and contact details from our production Cloudflare database:
- Send an email to support@nayko.app from the email address linked to your account.
- Subject:
"Permanent Data Deletion Request" - Body: Include your full name and registered email address or Member ID.
Our compliance desk processes deletion requests within 48 to 72 business hours and responds with an official Confirmation Tracking Code once all associated records have been expunged.
